Mice and Rat
They are the destroyer of household aesthetics, food stores and health. Tragically, their infestation catches fire when they find their way to our food stores.
For Mice Rat extermination, we deploy leading rodenticides from top manufacturers for fast and complete elimination. The bait is placed strategically so as to make it easy to be found by the rodents. The rodents may have multiple feedings on the rodenticide and result in lethal intake.
How can you help me with a mice problem ?
We have demonstrated highest success rate of complete elimination of these pests with only one visit treatment. The treatment includes a thorough inspection of the property before a comprehensive application process. We are one of the few service providers who are confident to provide a warranty that these pests would be gone for good.
To eliminate these pests we employ bait method. We use most effective baits available from the leading rodenticide manufactures. These rodenticides are highly palatable and contain powerful active ingredients, for the strongest, single-feeding bait. These are utilized for both rats and mice. Bait is usually placed behind appliances where it is inaccessible to non-target life forms. In other places Pest Control Toronto utilizes tamper-resistant and lockable bait stations.
The bait method results in gradual and almost fool-proof and guaranteed removal of these pests.
Do you sell any products for do-it-yourself ?
No. The rodenticides we employ are registered with PMRA as Commercial and are not to be sold to the public. Only Licensed Pesticide Operators are allowed to handle and apply these substances.
Areas favoured by mice are food storage and preparation areas such as kitchens and pantries. Sub-floor areas, enclosed pipes and baths in bathrooms and loft areas are also favoured areas. Bait can be placed under or behind kitchen fittings, behind fridges, under kitchen units, behind the bottom drawer of the stove, etc.
How long does it take to get rid of all the pests ?
Generally, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks for all the mice and rats in different areas of the house to feed on the rodenticides and exterminate.
Would I encounter dead bodies of mice and/or have bad smell ?
In an ideal sequence of events, the rodents would have had a chance to have a meal on the bait. Then they are considered to have ingested a lethal dose. The ingestion of the product formulation does not cause any immediate discomfort to the pests. So they may have multiple feedings and may encourage other members to feed on the bait. In a few days, they begin to feel not well and loose most of the body moisture and mumify. So, client is not likely to see dead mice nor have bad smell, but the possibility remains. So, generally, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks for all the mice and rats in all the different areas of the house to disappear.
Is the treatment safe for Humans, Children and Pets ?
Yes. There are common sense precautions to be taken. The bait works via ingestion on all mamals. So it is important that nobody even touch it. Particular care must be taken in case of children and pets. Affected mice may be slow to react and may become accessible to pets or people. We discourage clients to chase, catch or kill them.
